The Maverick kneeboard series is designed to be used with a tablet as your “electronic flight bag” while still maintaining the versatility and function of a traditional kneeboard. This size is designed around the iPad Mini, 9.7, and 10.5. Other tablets of similar size will work. The base is slightly larger than the MKII (mini size only) to accommodate ringed sheets below the iPad.
Features include:
-Ambidextrous/ removable Plastic or Aluminum (mini only) clipboard with Velcro closure. Clipboard sizes- mini (5.875″ x 9″), 9.7 (7.125″ x 9.75″), 11/10.9/10.5 (7.375″ x 10.375″). 
-Tablet can be run under or on top of clipboard. Simple one handed switch between either. Tablet is secured to base in a fabric cradle. Tablet can be removed by releasing the Velcro cradle. Positioning the tablet on top of the clipboard is done by using the bottom Velcro flap as a hinge. When tablet is on top it is held in place by a loop on elastic secured to a hook on the top side of the clip. 
-Removable clear overstrap included
– Contoured Velcro side panels that double as pen slots
-1000D Cordura material with 3mm spacer mesh back padding. Colors available are, Black, Olive Drab, Coyote brown. Camo colors are an additional charge.
-Replaceable woven elastic leg strap with Velcro closure OR side release buckle.
-Strong, lightweight phenolic base
-Integrated loops for ringed sheets or dummy cords.

*leg and opening selection is used for initial set up. As stated, Kneeboard is ambidextrous and can be configured either leg.
